Pictured above is what my digital camera has looked like for the past 3 months. I dropped in the school parking lot, and didn't realize the screen was damaged until I turned it on to take a pic at a restaurant. I was in a group of people, so I couldn't freak out as much as I wanted. I'd only bough the camera 3 months before. The good thing was it was still under warranty. The bad thing is, the warranty doesn't cover "impact damage". Still I finally mailed it in to Canon to get it repaired, because I really like the camera, and plan on having it for a while.
Until it's fixed, I guess I'll have to rely on taking pictures the old-fashioned way. I've got a few rolls of film to kill. But if I get desperate I'll use my dad's digital camera.

I did another portrait for the freebies I'm giving away at deviantART.
Andrea has some really nice stock in her account, and she happens to be a great artist in secret.
This drawing was done in pencil on acid-free card stock. I scanned the drawing it into Photoshop, and then I added the soft colors and tinted the lines to a reddish color. This will be available as a print soon. Check out the other prints I have available: dA prints.

That drawing looks wonderful. I've never thought about doing drawings and then editing with photoshop. I've always just loved the immediacy of using a tool in your hand to make something concrete. But this seems like such a cool thing to try out.
